Our mission is to permanently end youth unemployment.

Phase 1 - Deliver three cohorts of project iThrive in Chelmsford, Essex, which will prove the delivery model concept.

Phase 2 - Deliver six cohorts of project iThrive simultaneously across two locations in Essex, which will prove the business model concept.

Phase 3 - Deliver twelve cohorts of project iThrive simultaneously across four locations in Essex, which will hone both the delivery and business model concepts.

Phase 4 - Roll out project iThrive nationally.

Phase 5 - Analyse the data captured in phases 1 -4 to create a fit for purpose national curriculum that aligns itself more strategically with economic policy.
