Recognising and realigning cross functional competencies & Understanding Artificial Intelligence

At some point or another we’ve all been asked to file something somewhere, and we’ve all asked someone else where that somewhere is. If you’re angling for a job in the army, you’ve clearly demonstrated the ability to follow orders. If you’re angling for a job in a local authority, you’ve clearly demonstrated the ability to collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders. Same mundane task, two cross functional competencies. Week seven is all about what you’ve done and how we can realign it so it better fits where you want to go.

In the latter part of week seven the whole group will gain a better understanding of AI, how companies use it and we can all use aspects of it for our own prosperity.
